3 Ways To Find Art Licensing Contacts

PATTERNS I DESIGNED FOR TOKI MATS

You have a list of companies you’d like to pitch to but not sure how to reach the right person?
Here are 3 ways to find the contact information for a potential collaboration.

1) Website

Most brands have contact emails on their website. It could either be a general email or a specific email for collaborations. Check their contact contact page and reach out to them. You could also send a message on the general email asking for a point of contact for a potential collab.

2) Instagram

Often times when artists share their collaborations on instagram, they mention the art director they’ve worked with. Take note or save that post for future reference. You could also DM them and ask for a point of contact, you might get a lead (remember to always be courteous and professional).

3) Linkedin

If nothing works, Linkedin is your best bet. Search for the company and then in ‘People’ tab, look for personnel with relevant titles like Creative Director, Art Director, Art buyer etc.

There could be other ways too, do share what has worked for you.
